Nanofilm's L series coating system is designed to deposit a layer of ta-C film with precise control of coating thickness and film properties. The machine is the industrial standard for the glass lens insert coating to prolong the lifespan and to reduce the sticking issue during the glass lens production. All major digital camera makers are using the L series system to in their production to improve the production efficiency and to reduce the cost of glass lens fabrication.

The machine is equipped with the following configuration to cater for the most stringent requirement:
