Cavity Bar Coating By MiCC The
semiconductor packaging
industry drives towards
“Green” electronic
product by both legislation
and market conditions.
For
semiconductor molding operation,
removing halogens such as chorine
and bromine to the level that
must each less than 900 ppm is
the primary direction. After years
of research in providing a winning
solution to the industry –
MiCC coating. It is field proven
that the releasing property can
be improved by more than 2 times
if MiCC coating is used on mold
surface.

Benefits of using MICC:
• Compatible with H-Cr handling and processing
conditions
• Significantly reduce sticking issue on the green
epoxy molding compounds
• Significantly prolong the interval of the
maintenance cycle
• Excellent coverage at the edges and the side walls
of the cavity
• No rounding effect on the edges
• Excellent adhesion on the EDM surface
• Able to coat high aspect ratio through hole and
deep cavity
• Able to decoat efficiently |
