Magnetron Sputtering
Our enhanced magnetron sputtering source can be designed to fit to any system configuration. We are able to provide rectangular liner magnetron sputtering source with the length of more than 1 meter. The source can be coupled with different power supplies ranging from RF, DC and DC pulsed to form various possible films such as metal (Al, Ti, Cr, Cu and etc) ,metal nitride, metal oxide and others

The Magnetron sputtering source can be used in decorative areas for NCVM coating which is conventionally carried out by evaporation method. The benefits are good uniformity, high loading and not foggy for semitransparent coating.
